San Marcos Residence is a university doorm based in the growth and development of its residents, in which you get personalized attention from the owners.
Located at Lima street, which is parallel to the 9 de julio avenue, and between the Monserrat and San Telmo neighborhoods, the residence is close to important universities of Buenos Aires such as UADE, UCA, UAI and Austral. Our location allows you to take the public transportation and get anywhere in the city.
With spacious and comfortable rooms, the residence is totaly divided into two sectors, one for men and the other for women, althought the kitchens, multipurpose rooms and patio are common.
